This is my body

Typically, we use the 1928 Book of Common Prayer during Lent, the 1979 Book of Common Prayer Rite I service during Advent, and Rite II during the remainder of the year. We have been known to use a variety of historical Anglican and Celtic liturgies as well as some more modern works for seasonal celebrations, special days, and small gatherings.

Some of the books/services we have used or referenced include:

  • Book of Occasional Services
  • Seven Pre-Reformation Eucharistic Liturgies
  • A Celtic Eucharist
  • Giving Thanks with the Aramaic Jesus
  • Walking the Prophetic Journey: Eucharistic Liturgies for Small Faith Communities
  • New Wine: More Eucharistic Lituriges for Small Faith Communities
  • Word, Wisdom & Worship, and the
  • Little Gidding Prayer Book (Prayer Book of the Community of Christ the Sower)

The 1940 and 1982 Hymnals are used at all services.

Please feel free to view our current newsletter for a schedule of upcoming services and events.
